Reid Nagle

Prior to starting SNL Financial in 1987, Reid spent 10 years in the financial services industry. He was the CFO for a New Jersey savings bank (also serving as vice chairman and CAO) and subsequently worked with the financial services and arbitrage affiliates of Ivan F. Boesky and Co. Reid holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and his master's and doctoral degrees in political economy from Johns Hopkins University. |

Mike Chinn

Mike started his career at SNL in 1994 and oversees the company's business units, information systems, content, sales, finance and administrative functions. Prior to assuming the position of president in 2000, Mike was managing principal in charge of product development and industry business units. Mike holds a B.A. in history and economics from the University of Virginia. |

Will Pappas
Managing Director of Sales |
Will was president, CEO and co-founder of Y-Merge, a financial analytics company, prior to its acquisition by SNL. Before Y-Merge, he held various sales positions with Multex.com. Will began his career as an investment banking analyst with Sandler O'Neill. Will holds a degree in economics from Duke University. |

Mike Danziger

Mike is CEO and co-owner of Buyers Laboratory, the leading global provider of competitive intelligence services on office imaging products. Since graduating from Wharton in 1980, he has spent his career in the online B2B publishing business, with the bulk of his experience being in the financial information publishing space. Notably, Mike ran Thomson Financial´s Database Group during the 1990s, which, at the time of his departure, had $600 million in revenue. |

William Houlihan
Board Member |
Bill is a CPA and financial services executive with more than 30 years of experience in financings, acquisitions and transactions. He has been the CFO of a publicly traded bank (Hudson United), a credit card company (Metris), a privately owned auto lender and an insurance services company. Bill has also been an investment banker for Goldman Sachs and other leading financial firms. |

James McGonigle
Board Member |
Jay is former chairman and CEO of the Corporate Executive Board, a highly regarded, publicly traded information services company that creates and sells Best Practices studies, reports and other decision support tools to corporations. Jay is also on the Board of Factset, a premier aggregator and distributor of financial information. |

Nick Cafferillo

Nick joined SNL in 2008 and leads all of SNL´s industry and cross-industry business units. Previously, Nick served as chief product officer and EVP of product management at ISS, the leading corporate governance and proxy advisory information firm, and also worked in various product management and development capacities at Thomson Financial, including EVP of product management. Nick holds a B.A. from Cornell University. |

Nate Haskins
Managing Director of Content |
Nate is responsible for SNL's growing content collection operations, including development of all related internal systems and business processes. Nate has worked for SNL since 1998 in various positions including accounting analyst, M&A analyst, branch market share manager and data services manager. Nate holds a degree in economics from the University of Virginia. |

Michael Latsko
Chief Talent Officer |
Michael oversees global human resources, including recruiting, leadership development, compensation structure and implementation and global facilities management. Prior to joining SNL in 2006, Michael held senior leadership positions at LexisNexis and at a startup educational software company later sold to ProQuest Company; before that, he practiced corporate securities law in New York. He holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia. |

James Record
Managing Director of Product Research & Development |
James is responsible for significant business expansion projects including SNL's recent insurance statutory database launch. James started his career at SNL in 1997 and served as director of bank and thrift research before leaving in 2003 to work as a sell-side analyst at Moors and Cabot and then Sterne Agee and Leach. James returned to SNL in his current capacity in early 2007. James holds a degree in economics from the University of Virginia and is a chartered financial analyst. |

Theresa Torian
Chief Financial Officer |
Prior to joining SNL in February 2007, Theresa was director of business management with LexisNexis for nine years, forecasting and analyzing expenses and revenues. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Theresa worked for eight years at Grant Thornton as a financial management consultant. Theresa holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. |

Galen Warren
Chief Technology Officer |
Galen leads all information technology initiatives at SNL, including software development for internal systems and products, networking and hardware infrastructure. He started his career at SNL in 1994 as a senior news editor before moving into IT, first as a systems analyst and then as the head of IT research and development. He holds a degree in mathematics and cognitive science from the University of Virginia. |

The mission of the SNL Cares Foundation is to provide corporate-level support for charitable causes and non-profit organizations selected by SNL employees as a positive way of contributing to the communities in which they live and work.
To date, SNL has provided support, including funding and employee volunteers, to numerous charities and events. A partial list of those charities and events follows:
To encourage community involvement, SNL commits the majority of its charitable budget to supporting non-profit causes in which our employees (excluding senior executives) are actively involved as volunteers or contributors.
